Sodexo has recently sent out a survey via email that measures the “Quality of Life” here at Eastern. This survey is being conducted in an “effort to understand the needs and well-being on campus.”
Sodexo believes that quality of life is a central issue that is included in every environment a student may encounter, from the campus, to the workplace, to communities.
Sodexo’s ambition is to “provide Quality of Life services on campus by partnering with colleges and universities that support an environment where students, faculty, and staff can enjoy learning, share ideas and have a sense of belonging.”
“By focusing on Quality of Life Services, we reinforce the overall experience of campus life, which in turn improves college and
university effectiveness and performance. With this approach, our programs are built to go beyond the traditional with a
focus on innovation, excellent service, environmental responsibility, support for wellness, and insights into trends,” according to Sodexo.
Sodexo has conducted research into quality of life, and their goal is to “continually gain insight to what members of the campus community value in their experience.”
“I think this survey is another great way that Sodexo provides the best possible service to the Eastern New Mexico university community. By digging into issues not directly related to food service we can learn much more about our customers and ultimately what Sodexo and the University can do that would improve their quality of life at ENMU,” said Unit Marketing Coordinator Hannah Spearman.
This survey takes about 12 minutes to complete and the responses will be combined with the answers of other members of Eastern’s campus in order to gain a full insight into the Quality of Life on campus.
Once the survey has been completed, the option to enter into a prize drawing of a $100 Visa Gift Card will be given.
