Mud volleyball registration deadline approaches

Mud Volleyball will be April 27 at the Bone Yard (520 North Avenue O - directly north of the ENMU Softball Field on Northeast Corner of North Avenue O and West Cherry Street) The deadline to register is 5 p.m. April 10, and the cost is $20 per player. The theme this year is "It's All About The Vine.”

The event will feature free food, shirts, prizes, a misting tent (weather permitting) and scholarships for the winning teams of both the "Competitive" and "Non-Competitive" divisions.

Mud Volleyball Registration Packets can be picked up at the Campus Life Office in the Campus Union Building, the Department of Public Safety or they can be accessed online at https://my.enmu.edu/web/student-government-association/senate-meetings in the right-hand menu under the "Downloads and Forms" section. Completed forms will need to be submitted at the Department of Public Safety along with applicable registration fees for the entire team.

OnlineMasters.com names ENMU among top master's in gifted and talented education programs for 2019

OnlineMasters.com announced the release of their Best Online Master's in Gifted and Talented Education Programs for 2019, with Eastern New Mexico University ranked at number 25 on the list.

The research identifies the top programs in the nation based on curriculum quality, program flexibility, affordability, and graduate outcomes.

ENMU President Jeff Elwell said, “I’m delighted that yet another entity has recognized the value that we provide through our online education offerings. This once again validates the great work that our faculty is doing.”

Students who pursue a master’s in gifted and talented education typically work as instructors that teach honors and advanced placement courses.
